11/07/2015 - Le Bal des Vampires at the Alameda Elks Lodge
PEERS annual Night of the living Undead.
Contredances, waltzes, and mazurkas upstairs in the ballroom accompanied by Bangers & Mash; with modern dark music of the night downstairs at the Nightfall Club spun by DJs Dark Moon and Persephone.
Come dressed as your favorite immortal from whatever age of history you were "reborn to darkness" in.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m, along with the Nightfall Club downstairs.
Dancing lessons begin at 7 p.m. upstairs with formal dancing starting up around 7:45 p.m. and going until the Witching Hour.
Unlike most PEERS events, tickets to le Bal des Vampires must be bought in advance. No tickets will be available at the door.
If you get them before September, tickets run around $20, but range up to $30 the later you wait. So, immortal or not, don't wait around too long.
